Our platforms

Four platforms. Four industries. One engineering philosophy.

Each card opens a full platform profile: the industry problem, the solution, stakeholders, modules, workflows, business value, revenue streams, the recommended model for the Palestinian market, network effects and roadmap.

Portfolio strategy

Three infrastructure layers, four platforms

The portfolio is not a collection of unrelated products. Each platform occupies a defined infrastructure layer, and the layers reinforce each other in engineering capability, institutional relationships and commercial reach.

  1. Layer 01

    Healthcare digital infrastructure

Vitara addresses institutional healthcare — hospitals and health networks with complex clinical, operational and financial processes. Basmah addresses a specialised professional sector with a different structure: many small independent practices that need shared infrastructure rather than enterprise software. Together they give Byte Via clinical data modelling, patient-record discipline, provider-network design and healthcare procurement experience that transfers between both.

  2. Layer 02

    Automotive & insurance digital infrastructure

Car Stock sits between insurers, garages, parts suppliers and salvage yards — a market where the transaction is high-frequency, price-sensitive and today largely manual. It combines a marketplace, a tendering engine and a historical vehicle dataset, which makes it the portfolio’s strongest candidate for transaction-based and data-based revenue.

  3. Layer 03

    Connected commerce infrastructure

Sila connects suppliers, merchants, consumers and delivery companies in one commerce environment, with point of sale as the operational entry point. It is the portfolio’s widest platform by number of participants and the one with the strongest data position on demand and product movement.

Investor perspective

Why four sector platforms create a growth portfolio

  1. Each platform targets a different buyer with a different budget cycle: institutional healthcare procurement, insurance operating cost, merchant and supplier commercial spend, and dental-sector commercial spend. That diversification reduces dependence on any single decision-maker or sector cycle.

  2. The platforms share engineering foundations — multi-tenant architecture, roles and permissions, catalogue and inventory logic, order and approval workflows, reporting — so incremental platform cost is lower than building four unrelated products, while the revenue models remain independent.

  3. The most valuable long-term asset is not the software; it is the position each platform occupies between organizations that must transact. Once claims, orders, cases or patient journeys run through a platform, replacement cost for the customer is high and the relationship becomes infrastructural rather than transactional.
